New Company, New Brand
Almost 10 years ago, an established realtor broke out from her original firm to start The Core Group with a group of other agents. As a consultant, I led the design and production of multi-channel marketing collateral across print, digital, and environmental applications. She later grew so much she absorbed into MVP in Laramie and pulled in the color pallet we had developed into the new organization.

Business Cards
We parted out the logo and let this lead in dynamic layouts for an elevated look.

Print Ads
I created an ad that went out in a local home guide publication to show locals what was for sale by the agency and create some buzz about properties under contract.

Property Flyers
Going with the theme of purples and grays, we kept with the soft yet geometric style throughout the material.

Office Style
Keeping the colors in mind, we went with grays, purples and whites around the office. Using the punchy third red as a “sold” color to add power to where customers were present.

My Homebase, The Acre Company
Early in my design career, the leaders of this agency taught me a lot and took a bet on me. I was their assistant along with running the office for about 10 agents. I took calls, scheduled meetings and produced marketing material. We’re still great friends today. For marketing, I developed a cohesive brand identity system for a residential development designed to support sales, community awarness, and long-term market positioning.

The Paddocks
I was asked to help with branding The Paddocks with The Acre Company’s brand. The Paddocks is a large developed plot of land that is being built out into a community. We needed to create something evergreen that would last throughout the buildout phases and stay relevant.

Property Flyers
Celebrating their growth, The Acre Company had me come in and photograph them for a billboard. Fun fact, they had just closed the real estate deal on the building this photograph was taken in.
